Styrke (D, PWR eller SPH)	Power is the strenght of your contact lens, and is a number between -25 and +25 (e.g. -1.50 or -1,75 or +1.00 or +2.50, etc.) Power is also called ”Pwr”, ”D”(diopters), ”Strenght” or ”SPH” (sphere) in the prescription or on the contact lens box. In your prescription, ”OS” = Your left eye and ”OD” = Your right eye. OU = Both eyes (your eyes have exactly the same parameter) --> If you are nearsighted (can see only near objects well) then select MINUS powers. --> If you are farsighted (can see only distant objects well) then select PLUS powers. Note, the power of the contact lenses is generally not the same power as in your eyeglass prescription.
Baskurve (BC)	Base Curve (a number between 8.0 and 10.0). This is the inside curve of your contact lens (e.g., 8.0, 8.1, 8.2, etc.). Base Curve is often written as ”BC” or ”BOZR” in your prescription or on the contact lens box. Many contact lenses come in only one base curve, many others in only two base curves, some come in multiple base curves so care must be taken when ordering. If your box or prescription says MEDIAN instead of a number for base curve choose 8.5, 8.6 or 8.7 only.
Diameter (Dia)
ADD	Add power is the additional correction for bi-focal and multi-focal contact lenses. It is the amount of additional (+) power needed for correction of presbyopia (added multifocal power for near distance). The ADD value is only used for bifocal and multifocal lenses. Multifocal (bifocal) lenses can include a numeric ”Add Power” (ie, +2.00 or +1.50 etc.) for magnification, or the lenses / prescription simply says ”Low” or ”High” power magnification.

Lunelle ES 70 Multifocal Couleur UV is an individual soft multifocal contact lens for all spherical refractive errors for presbyopic patients. Its wide range of parameters and it’s unique ES70 material allows an optimal adaptation to the eye and therefore highest wearing comfort and long wearing times.

The Lunelle Multifocal Couleur UV are available with the following 3 ADD values:

A +1.37 (from ADD +0.75 to +1.75)
B +2.12 (from ADD +1.75 to +2,25)
C +2.87 (from ADD +2.50 to +3.00)

Since 11/2020 produced only by Swisslens, under license. Same lens, just made by another laboratory (previously made by Coopervision).
The lenses are made with the same material (ES 70) and parameters as before. Only the container has been replaced.
